Overview
ClipViral AI is a video editing app provided by Mangat App Studio. This policy describes how it handles media, links, local usage records, subscriptions and support information. It applies to iOS and the Android version when available.
Video and AI processing
The app analyses video frames and audio to find highlights, track faces for vertical crops, generate captions, trim footage and export clips. In the current version these editing tasks run on the device. We do not upload your videos, audio, facial information, captions or exports to a Mangat App Studio cloud AI server. Selected media and temporary outputs may remain in app storage until deleted or removed by your device.
Importing from links
When you import media using a URL, the app contacts the relevant website or media host. That provider may receive your IP address, requested URL and normal connection information under its own privacy policy. Only import content you are entitled to use and follow the source service terms.
Subscriptions and payments
Apple processes subscriptions and billing on iOS. Google Play will process Android subscriptions if offered. The app checks subscription entitlements to enable, restore or end Pro access. We do not receive your complete payment card details. App-store providers process purchases under their policies.
Free plan and local settings
To enforce the free allowance, the app stores a record of successfully processed source videos on your device. The planned free allowance is two source videos per calendar month, up to 30 minutes each. This may include a local source identifier and usage month. iOS records may remain in Keychain, while Android may use local preferences. Editing preferences can also be stored locally.
Permissions, saving and sharing
The app may access files or photos when you select media or save exported clips. You control available permissions in device Settings. ClipViral does not need precise GPS location for core editing. When you choose to share clips, your selected destination app or service receives that media under its own policy.
Support and website
If you email support@mangatappstudio.com, we receive your email address and the information you choose to provide so we can respond. Website hosting may produce standard connection logs, separate from local video processing. We do not sell your selected videos or clips or use them to train our own cloud AI models.
Retention and deletion
Local working files remain until the app, operating system or user removes them. Uninstalling generally removes app-container files, but exports saved in Photos or Files, items shared elsewhere and some iOS Keychain records may remain. Delete exported media where it was saved, manage device permissions in Settings and manage subscriptions through the app store. Contact support@mangatappstudio.com about support correspondence held by us; it is retained only as reasonably necessary for support, security and legal requirements.
Children, security and international processing
The app is a general-purpose editing tool and is not specifically directed at children. Contact us if a child has provided information to support. We take reasonable measures to secure information under our control, but no system is completely secure. External media providers, app stores, email services and website hosts may process information in other countries.
